We’ve got another treat for you this week courtesy of Katy from Modern Mummy. This one is definitely for us grown ups as she shares a delicious Gin Fizz Cocktail recipe!
Even though the days are getting colder and the nights are drawing in, I’m not quite ready to say goodbye to summer just yet. Last week I met up with one of my oldest friends for an evening of cocktails, takeaway and gossip – and we came up with this super refreshing and easy-to-drink creation. It’s most definitely my favourite drink right now and with half term fast approaching, I thought now might be a good time to share the recipe 😉
Gin! Silent Pool is my poison
Fizz! We cracked open a bottle of prosecco
Belvoir cucumber and mint pressé (SO good)

As is always the way with cocktails, the measurements are dependent on personal taste – we poured large 50ml shots of gin over ice and added a 50/50 ratio of prosecco to pressé (around 100mls of each) to top up the glass.
Needless to say they are pretty potent – but seriously delicious!
